Professional Bio

Dr. Kelly Reynolds is a Medical Instructor and a former Faculty Development Resident in Duke University's Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Dr. Reynolds is a board-certified clinical specialist in neurologic physical therapy. She earned a B.S. in Education with a concentration in Sports Medicine from the University of Virginia in 2001 and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2004. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Health Sciences with a concentration in Health Professions Education from Rocky Mountain University. Her research interests include examining personal attributes, diversity characteristics, and academic performance as well as supporting disadvantaged populations in graduate health professions education. Her clinical work has focused on inpatient adult neurorehabilitation with an emphasis on spinal cord injury.
