Objectives:

1. Explore opportunities to collaborate with external organizations for professional development of clinical educators.
2. Develop and deliver targeted microlessons and webinars on high-impact topics to provide ongoing value and education to our membership.
3. Create education-based activities which promote best practices in PT/PTA colaboration.

1. Partnerships - Create and strengthen interactive partnerships among education stakeholders.
2. Members - Increase member involvement in the Academy to promote a diverse and inclusive environment.
3. Representation - Ensure strategic representation of the Academy in every relevant forum.

Objectives:

1. Develop inclusive outreach through intentionally building and nurturing relationships with organizations that align with the mission and vision of the APTA Academy of Education.
2. Reimagine ELC to enhance the diversity and representation of all groups in the education sessions; ensure PTA programming and clinician slots are included in programming; and, encourage SIGs to present at ELC.
3. Enhance the conference experience for all attendees through an environment that supports networking, inclusive educational opportunities and accessible content.
4. Explore partnerships with APTA academies/sections to provide collaborative educational programming at professional conferences.
5. Create a sought-after platform that facilitates a community of faculty who share their expertise and experiences, to strengthen collaboration and knowledge exchange.

1. Research Agenda – Prioritize research based on the gaps in evidence to support best practices in teaching and learning in physical therapy education.
2. Collaboration – Support the development and collaboration of education researchers.
3. Strengthen – Strengthen education research initiatives.

Objectives:

1. Create a comprehensive strategic road map to cultivate the development of education researchers and advance education researchers and advance education research within the APTA Academy of Education.
2. Publicize and acknowledge APTA Academy of Education's education research achievements including grant award outcomes, publications, and conference presentations.
3. Support and provide targeted development opportunities for education researchers, with a focus on novice researchers, who have a shared interest in advancing the APTA Academy of Education's research agenda.
4. Explore creating an innovative research space for individuals to work on innovation and projects in an environment conducive to writing, collaboration, and mentorship.
5. Seek collaborative partnerships with other sections/academies to support educational research synergies.

3. Create a strategy to enhance member value through delineating content, resources and opportunities linked exclusively to membership, while also exploring levels of accessibility for future members.
4. Explore feasibility of creating tiered membership for interested educational community members.
5. Create a range of micro-volunteer opportunities for members to engage in meaningful contributions with flexible commitments.
6. Expand and elevate opportunities to recognize and celebrate the contributions of members and volunteers.
