Steps to Accept or Decline your FHEL Acceptance
- Confirm or decline your application by filling out this form.
- If you plan to participate, click here to download the confidentiality form and sign. Once the form is signed, upload the form here.
- Please name the form Last Name_FHEL.
- Click the "Register Now" button above and submit payment.
- 50% of payment must be received by July 1, 2024
- 100% of payment must be received by October 1, 2024
