Researchers at Tufts University are conducting a study to learn more about physical therapists' behaviors and perspectives regarding compensation package negotiation. The purposes of this study are to understand the factors surrounding physical therapists' compensation package negotiation behaviors and to evaluate the impact of negotiation training on physical therapists' compensation packages. Your participation in the study is expected to last 15 minutes.
