Professional Bio
Dr. Cameron Brown is an Assistant Professor with the West Coast University Doctor of Physical Therapy Program in Los Angeles. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine - San Marcos in 2012. Dr. Brown is a board certified Pediatric Clinical Specialist with extensive clinical experience working on interdisciplinary teams in a variety of settings. Her primary area of practice has been in early intervention.
Dr. Brown serves as Chairperson for the Southern California chapter of the National Association of Black Physical Therapists (NABPT) and is involved as a committee member and mentor for the APTA Pediatrics mentoring program. She is also an ambassador for the APTA “PT Moves Me” program. Dr. Brown has a passion for creating inclusive environments where students, faculty, and our community can thrive together.
