As a Doctor of Physical Therapy with twelve years of experience in treating oncology, orthopedic, and sport-related diagnoses, I bring a unique perspective to the talent acquisition process.
As a Student Process Coordinator and Senior Clinical Recruiter for an outpatient Physical Therapy organization representing 30 unique brands with over 200 clinics in 17 states, I have successfully designed and implemented a national strategy for student clinical placement. By establishing an integrated internship placement process with over 100 universities and 200+ clinical sites, I significantly increased student placements from 65 to 389 within six months of implementation.
