Professional Bio
Dr. Radwan is a graduate of the College of Physical Therapy, Cairo University, Egypt, with Bachelor degree in 1981 and with Master Degree in 1987. He completed his PhD studies at Texas Women’s University, Houston, TX and attended his Post-Doc training at John Hopkins University.
Dr. Radwan has been teaching at Winston Salem State University (WSSU) since 1999. He experienced the transition of the PT program from the Bachelor to the Doctoral level and was instrumental in obtaining the accreditation of the physical therapy program at WSSU. He is the chair of the curriculum committee and currently the director of the transitional DPT program. He has taught several courses in the physical therapy program both at the undergraduate and the graduate levels. He mentored students in their research projects at the master and doctoral levels at WSSU and in other national and international institutions. Dr. Radwan has numerous publications and presentations at national and international conferences.
