Ideal Participant: Licensed physical therapists practicing in the United States, with >1 year of clinical experience in any practice setting, and providing direct client care ≥ 20 hours a week and not currently working in DPT/PTA education.

Dear Physical Therapist Colleague, I invite you to participate in a research project that is part of my PhD degree requirements at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions! What is the purpose of this study? The study aims to learn about physical therapists’ perceptions of how implicit racial and ethnic biases influence physical therapy practice and what physical therapists may do about it.
